The church of Saint Anne, Beit Jibrīn. Called by the Arabs El Kenīseh ; it stands at one thousand and seventy two feet above the sea, opposite to Tell Sandannah (Santa Hanna?). It was originally a Byzantine church, but was restored by the Crusaders.
